Each Natura Touch product is freshly prepared and packed with care in Laval, Québec. Below are our shipping timelines and return policy for our natural, personal-care products.

Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is shipped.

Estimated Delivery (Canada)

• Québec & Ontario: usually 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): typically 5–7 business days.
• Atlantic & Northern regions: typically 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates from carriers and may vary due to weather, shipping volume, or remote destinations.

Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including Canada Post, Sendle, and UniUni to ensure safe, trackable delivery.

Shipping Rates

Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on total weight and destination.

Note: Natura Touch is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are natural, handcrafted, and intended for personal use, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has left our facility. This ensures every customer receives fresh, uncontaminated products made under controlled conditions.

We also cannot verify or guarantee the storage conditions of returned products (heat, humidity, handling), which can affect product safety and stability. For this reason, returns are not accepted except in limited cases of verified shipping errors or damage.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@naturatouch.ca. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

All our formulations are stability-tested and preserved using natural preservatives and plant-based ingredients. We produce in small batches to maintain maximum freshness, quality, and safety — part of our ongoing commitment to clean, transparent, and nature-inspired beauty.
